Privacy Policy

This policy describes how SulphurSlop, operated by Skyzen Media LLC, handles information when you use our Discord-based image and video creation service and web payment portal.

Information we process

We process Discord account identifiers and usernames, prompts, uploaded source media, generated outputs, conversation context, model choices, moderation decisions, credit transactions, support messages, and operational data such as timestamps, errors, and request identifiers. Cryptocurrency checkout details are processed by NOWPayments; we retain the payment and invoice identifiers, amount, currency, status, and purchase reference needed to reconcile credits. We do not receive wallet seed phrases or private keys.

How we use it

We use information to provide generations, maintain conversation context, deliver files, calculate credits, process and reconcile purchases, prevent abuse, enforce content rules, support users, secure the service, and improve product reliability.

Service providers

We use infrastructure, payment, model-compute, storage, monitoring, and communication providers to operate SulphurSlop. NOWPayments receives checkout and cryptocurrency payment information needed to process transactions. Other providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their function and process it under their own terms and privacy obligations.

Retention

Generated and uploaded media is generally retained for five days, unless a longer period is needed for an active request, security, disputes, legal compliance, or a retention feature you choose. The service may shorten or extend this operational window after giving appropriate notice. Billing, consent, moderation, and audit records may be retained longer.

Your choices

You can stop using the service, remove Discord access, and request account deletion through official support. Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, billing, legal obligations, or enforcement. Signed media links expire, but anyone you share a downloaded file with may retain it.

Security and age

We use access controls, signed links, and operational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. SulphurSlop is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly provide the service to minors.
