Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to SulphurSlop, an adults-only conversational image and video creation service operated through Discord. The community is NSFW-friendly, and generated or shared media may include adult art. By continuing, you agree to these Terms, confirm that you are at least 18, and confirm that you are legally able to enter this agreement.

Credits and billing

Credits are a limited license to request rendering services and have no cash value. Credits are deducted only when a render produces a successful output. A temporary credit hold may limit spending while work is queued or processing. Failed or blocked renders are not charged. Credit-pack purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. Chargebacks or payment abuse may result in account suspension.

Crypto checkout

Credit packs may be purchased through a hosted cryptocurrency checkout provided by NOWPayments. The checkout shows the selected asset, network, destination, amount, and payment status. You are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network and for any wallet or network fees. Credits are delivered only after the processor reports the payment as finished. Blockchain transfers generally cannot be canceled or reversed after broadcast.

Content rules

Adult and NSFW creative content is permitted throughout the adults-only Discord experience when supported by the selected provider. You may not create or submit content involving minors, non-consensual sexual material, sexual exploitation, trafficking, incest involving minors, bestiality, instructions for serious wrongdoing, or other unlawful content. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded material and generated use.

Your content

You retain rights you hold in your prompts and uploads. You grant SulphurSlop a limited license to process, store, moderate, and deliver that content to operate and secure the service. Model outputs may not be unique and may be subject to third-party rights or legal restrictions.

Service availability

Generation can be delayed, unavailable, or refused. We may change models, prices, credit costs, limits, and features. We may suspend access to protect users, the service, or legal compliance. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SulphurSlop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to SulphurSlop in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
