Refund and Cancellation Policy

SulphurSlop is operated by Skyzen Media LLC. This policy explains how cryptocurrency credit-pack purchases and payment disputes are handled.

Credit packs

Credit-pack purchases are generally final once payment is approved and credits are delivered. Failed or blocked generations do not consume credits. When a successful generation has a verified service failure, the normal remedy is restoration of the affected credits rather than a cash refund.

Crypto transfers

A blockchain transfer generally cannot be canceled after it is broadcast. Always confirm the asset, network, amount, and destination shown by the hosted checkout. Payments that are expired, underpaid, sent using the wrong asset or network, or not reported as finished are not automatically credited.

Refund review

We review duplicate payments, unauthorized transactions, billing errors, service non-delivery, and refunds required by applicable law. Approved full or partial refunds may remove the corresponding credits or service access. Refund timing is controlled by the payment processor and blockchain network.

Requesting help

Use the official routes on our Contact page and include the Discord account, approximate transaction date, amount, asset, network, and NOWPayments payment or invoice identifier. Never send a wallet seed phrase, private key, password, or one-time code.

Disputes and abuse

Please contact support first so we can investigate. A reversal, fraudulent transaction, or confirmed payment abuse may suspend access and reclaim credits associated with the disputed payment while the matter is reviewed.
